That is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Order Refunds & Order Credits

Once an order ships from our fulfillment center, we do not issuere funds to your account. Instead, we may offer you an exceptional order credit for the total charge of the order in the following order issues:
– Incorrect SKUs/labels shipped.
– Expired inventory shipped.
– Container’s inner “seal” is broken, damaged or open. Dented containers with a seal properly secure and sealed do not qualify.
– Order not delivered to you or tracking number did not update (within 30 days from the order date for domestic orders in the USA, and within 45 days from the order date for international orders).

To be eligible for a refund, the supplements must be in their original, unopened condition, with all packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that our 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not cover products that have been damaged or misused. In the event of such damage, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. Additionally, any attempts to disassemble, modify or alter the supplements will void the satisfaction guarantee.

Apparel

At Concept Advantage, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality apparel products. However, if you receive a product with an error caused by us, we will either reprint the order or offer a store credit.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are not defective, including but not limited to incorrect size, color, or design choice made by the customer. Additionally, any attempts to disassemble, modify, or alter our apparel will void the return policy.
