If your supplements are still in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging, you can return them within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

Did something arrive damaged, expired, or not quite right? Let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Examples of eligible issues include incorrect SKUs/labels, expired inventory, or inner seals that are broken or damaged. Dented containers with intact seals do not qualify.

For orders not delivered or with tracking issues (domestic orders: 30 days; international orders: 45 days), please contact us to investigate.

Apparel (via Printful):

Apparel items are made to order and are non-refundable unless defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly. Let us know within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for size, color, or design choice errors made by the customer.

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not cover items damaged or misused. Attempting to disassemble, modify, or alter any product will void the return eligibility.
