For logistical reasons (as we ship directly from the factory), items from the same order may arrive in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested. Rest assured, everything is on its way to you!

For international shipments, it’s perfectly normal for tracking updates to appear only after the package reaches the local shipping carrier. If the status initially shows that the package hasn’t been received yet, rest assured—it’s part of the process. Shipping systems in the USA and internationally may display slightly different information, but your package is undoubtedly en route.
